Newly built and with a neutral décor throughout, this villa offers an abundance of space and light. Shades of marine blues and stone greys are nods to Villa des Bosc’s proximity to the sea.
The comfortable rooms in this villa are set over two floors, offering plenty of flexible accommodation. On the ground floor is a large living room with three sofas split over two levels, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space. Two sets of patio doors open out to beautiful terraces and stunning sea views. The fully-equipped kitchen has a centre island for quick breakfasts, as well as a dining table that’s perfectly positioned in front of doors leading to the outside space. Also on this floor is a bedroom with double bed, ensuite shower room and air conditioning. A guest toilet is a convenient extra feature.
On the first floor are a further four bedrooms, which all benefit from air conditioning. A spacious master bedroom features a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture. The other three bedrooms all have double beds, with two enjoying an ensuite with either a shower or bath. The bedroom with ensuite shower also has terrace access. A large bathroom with shower is for use by all guests. An office area with a table and sofa is a convenient space for anyone needing to check emails or catch up on work.
There are several seating and dining areas to be found on the terraces, offering breathtaking views of the immediate surroundings and beyond. A covered porch features a dining table for enjoying al fresco meals. There’s also an area with a sink and refrigerator for prepping some local fish and seafood before grilling them on the portable barbecue. A sofa and coffee bar are ideal for relaxing with a pre or post-dinner drink. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a lovely terrace where a selection of loungers can be found.
