Built in 2004, Casa Eivissa offers contemporary living over two floors. On the ground floor is a bright open plan living/dining area with enough comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy watching films in the evenings. Sharing this space is a dining table and chairs, ideally located in front of patio doors to make the most of the views. The fully-equipped kitchen features a large fridge freezer and breakfast bar for added food storage and convenience. Also on this floor is a bedroom with double bed, doors to outside and a bathroom with bathtub.
A sweeping, wooden staircase in the open plan living space takes you up to the first floor. There are a further two double bedrooms on this level, both with double beds and access to a large terrace. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there’s a lovely bathroom with bathtub for use by all guests.
The teak terrace is home to a dining table and chairs that’s ideal for al fresco meals, with a barbecue close by for grilling some local fish or seafood for dinner. There’s also a chill-out seat with sun cover. The main attraction is the large, private swimming pool with sun lounger area to the side. The first-floor terraces are the best places to go for stunning, uninterrupted vistas of the surrounding area.
