In a superb location, only 200m from the beach, shops and restaurants, you’ll find that Villa Rossello has everything you’ll need for a great family holiday, or break away with friends. The villa sleeps ten people across five bedrooms, and there are three bathrooms. The décor has been well-thought-out and designed with comfort in mind.
On the ground floor is a beautiful open-plan living/dining area – with large bi-fold doors that open up fully, to the terrace and pool beyond. There are three sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table and chairs to sit ten people - so masses of space for everyone if you’re having a quiet night in.
The kitchen is just next door, with an opening directly from the main living area – it’s a modern kitchen, and well-planned with all the appliances and utensils you might need. Next door is a separate laundry/utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.
On the ground floor to is the first of the bedrooms, and a shower room; while the rest of the sleeping accommodation is up on the first floor. Up here you’ll find a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms – as well as a family bathroom.
Back downstairs, and outside, you’ll find the terrace which captures the sun for most of the day. There’s another large dining table and chairs here, as well as a chill-out area with comfy sofas – great for a morning coffee perhaps, or a relaxing drink in the evening after a busy day at the beach.
There’s also a pool house here with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen. There are a fridge, sink and grill so ideal for the chefs amongst your party who might want to take advantage of being able to cook al fresco.
