The interiors of this villa are contemporary and sophisticated. Bright and airy spaces, with high ceilings, exposed concrete beams and dry-stone walls, create a calm, relaxing and unique atmosphere. Spread over two floors, there is plenty of space to spread out, making the most of all that this property has to offer. The ground floor has a fabulous socialising space, with an open plan kitchen and large living/dining space. Large glass windows and doors maintain a constant connection to the outdoors, so the ambience of the space changes along with the time of day. There are two twin bedrooms on this floor, both offering en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool terrace, so you can stumble out of bed and wake yourself up by jumping in the pool in the morning! The further three bedrooms are on the first floor, all of which offer en-suite bathrooms and access to a fabulous terrace. The terrace is ideal for relaxing, taking in the desirable countryside views and the coast in the distance, maybe even take a glass of wine up in the evening and watch as the sun sets on the horizon.
The pool area is equally as lovely as the interiors, overlooking a charming fruit garden. Sun loungers provide the perfect spot to read your favourite book, or just enjoy the long, sunny summer days. There is a lemon tree as-well as other aromatic plants that you can use for cooking.
