The village of Deià is idyllic, with ocher stone houses and character filled streets, the area has become a haven for millionaires, in the shadow of the Teix Mountain, on the west coast of the island. The property is only a short three-minute stroll to the centre, so you can wonder in any time you like with ease.

The villa has been beautifully restored and renovated, with contemporary designs furnishings throughout. Dating from the 18th century, the villa blends historic charm and comforts with modern aesthetics, creating a welcoming ambience with elegant simplicity, were you can truly feel at home. Spread over two floors, there is a lovely living space on the ground floor, with a relaxed living room and fireplace opening onto the kitchen, a perfect space for spending time together. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor with its own en-suite bathroom. The first-floor features three more bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite and also a further bathroom.

Outside it is a small Mallorcan paradise, with its garden and salt swimming pool forming an intimate and peaceful hideaway. There is a summer, outdoor kitchen where you can prepare meals and lunch in the shade of the trellis and palm trees.
