The stunning double sized lounge welcomes you into this exquisite property. Stretching across the entire far wall are vast sets of glass doors, with floor to ceiling light flooding through and warming the wonderful social space. Sofas and oversized chairs throughout the room invite you to recline in their comfort, while a state-of-the-art entertainment centre at one side, with a large wide-screen TV with UK channels and Sky Sports TV, offers the perfect spot to relax and catch up on your favourite shows!
A sound system, docking station and super-fast WiFi will keep you connected and allow you to enjoy music and shows all together or separately. And there’s a cosy snug downstairs if you really do want to retreat! A fully-equipped kitchen, with striking red fittings, ensures you can self-cater with pleasure, while there’s an accompanying dining area for enjoying some memorable mealtimes.
On this first-floor, you will find the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, while on the ground floor, alongside the luscious lounge, are the other two bedrooms, both also with king-size beds to ensure your total comfort and delight! Indeed, all are equipped with not only walk-in wardrobes but even their own private ensuite bathrooms, so you can be sure to enjoy privacy and luxury throughout your stay!
Step out onto your immense private balcony, with comfortable seating offering you a gorgeous view over the shimmering sea in the distance, the tropical surroundings and your pool terrace! Around your 12m private swimming pool is a gorgeous decking area complete with loungers for all your sunbathing desires! There’s also a barbeque, alfresco dining and a lovely lawn so you can spend as much time as possible out in the fresh sea-breeze and among the Mediterranean plants and trees! /n Security deposit /n €700 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €120, paid locally.
