Villa Martim is a stylish, modern holiday home located within a residential area and surrounded by mountains. Offering both countryside and sea views, a sandy beach and the town of Calpe are within easy reach.

The villa is styled tastefully throughout, with a contemporary look to the furnishings. The neutral décor is warmed up by pops of colour, creating a fun and family-friendly base for your holiday. The outside space provides almost panoramic views over the valleys, mountains and sea.

Villa Martim’s accommodation is set over one level. The open plan living/dining room has a lovely sense of space and light, thanks to the patio doors that give access to the outside area via a partially-covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture.

The sofas sit close to the patio doors and a window, so you enjoy the views over the garden by day and watch films on the television in the evenings. Sharing the open plan space is a dining table that seats up to six people. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, electric oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms in total, which are all the right size and benefit from air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub and terrace access, with the other two bedrooms featuring two single beds each. There’s also a family bathroom with a shower that everyone can enjoy using.

To the exterior is a terrace with a table and chairs for up to six people, making it the perfect place to dine as you watch the sun going down. There’s a private swimming pool with a selection of sun loungers on the lawned area, meaning stunning views are possible whether you get your feet wet or not. /n Security deposit /n €300 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.payable on arrival via credit card /n Arrival time /n 4 - 7 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €110 per booking, paid locally.
