Villa Liliana is a bright, modern holiday home close to the towns of Benissa and Calpe on the beautiful Costa Blanca. Being situated within a residential area and a short distance from the beach means it’s ideally located for easy access to both amenities and fun days out.

The exterior of Villa Liliana has been designed to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, with the massive plot having several terraces and a swimming pool that offers unobstructed views of the sea.
The open plan living/dining room is spacious and offers direct access to the outside space via several patio doors. The lounge area features comfortable seating that’s positioned to take in both the stunning views during the day and to watch films in the evenings.
Sharing the space is a dining area with a classic wood dining table that seats up to six people. Adjacent to this is a separate area with a small dining table and casual seating area, with doors opening straight out onto a terrace that provides unspoilt views of the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped and has all the facilities you need to prep and cook meals. There’s also a utility room with washing machine for extra convenience.
There are two bedrooms in total, with one having a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other featuring two single beds. A large family bathroom with shower is for use by all guests.
The villa sits within a spacious plot that includes a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There’s also a private swimming pool and some sun loungers for making the most of the breathtaking views.
