Description

Villa Norah sleeps eight people across four bedrooms. Entering the property on the ground floor, you then drop down, via an exterior staircase, to a lower ground floor. There’s an air-conditioned open-plan living and dining room with exposed wooden beams. This room, much like the rest of the villa, is decorated in a simple modern style with traditional touches. There are two comfortable sofas and a satellite television, as well as access to the main terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The dining room, with its table and chairs, is next to the kitchen – with fully fitted modern units, and all the appliances you could want. Up on this level are also two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a separate shower room with WC.

Heading down to the lower ground floor level, and reached by the exterior staircase, you’ll find a second, smaller kitchen and sitting room. There is also a double bedroom here, as well as a double sofa bed in another room, and a shower room. If you’re travelling as two families, or perhaps with relatives, there’s lots of privacy here away from the main villa – do your own thing in the day, then meet by the swimming pool or on the terrace for early evening drinks, enjoying the wonderful views of the mountains and sea beyond.

Outside you’ll find the swimming pool and terrace – just the place for a refreshing dip. There are sun loungers and a parasol here, as well as a barbecue – so head to nearby Calpe and enjoy shopping in the local market, getting ingredients to cook up a storm back here at the villa.

In Calpe there is the lovely town beach of Playa Arenal, more than one kilometre of fine golden sands and clear waters, its facilities have earned it a blue flag. Calpe is most famous for its spectacular 600m high granite rock on the coastline, Penon de I Fach. A walk around the old town with its narrow streets and pavement cafes is also a must for any visitor to the area. There are good public transport links from Calpe for those with a sense of independence whilst others may prefer to hire a car to explore some of the more traditional inland villages or less discovered beaches of this interesting and beautiful part of the Costa Blanca. /n Security deposit /n €300 payable on arrival by credit card (visa or mastercard) /n Arrival time /n 4.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Energy costs included? /n Included in the rental price /n Linen & towels included? /n Included in the rental price /n Pets welcome? /n No /n Other Ts and Cs /n There is a charge of approx £18.20, payable locally, to hire a high-chair /n Changeover day /n Saturday /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Included in the rental price /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi connection /n Tax /n Included in the rental price /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights /n Smoking Allowed? /n No /n Pets welcome? /n No /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
