Spread over three levels, Villa Audine offers ample space for everyone to spend time together, socialising in the contemporary, communal areas, whilst also offering moments of peace, so there is no challenge in finding a space to sit quietly and read your book spending a moment or two on your own. Furnished in a tasteful, comfortable style throughout, with windows inviting the sunlight in, making all the rooms bright and airy. The ground floor offers a living room with access to the terrace, making the most of views outwards towards the private swimming pool. There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor as well as an open-plan kitchen/dining room, great for time together as a group. On the lower ground floor, accessed by an exterior staircase, you will find a further living room, a double bedroom, shower room and a kitchen. The upper floor features a large living/dining area, with access to a terrace, offering fabulous views towards the coastline, a spacious kitchen complete with an electric coffee machine, provides everything you need to cook some family feasts. There is a double bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony access and a further bedroom with a shower room.
