Description

Around 1.5km from the beach, this stunning 5-bedroom villa sits beside its palm-fringed pool and is conveniently located for Calpe, Benidorm, Altea and a host of Costa Blanca attractions. A beautiful sea view adds to the scenic surroundings of Villa Romula’s garden and terrace, with well-kept lawn areas that are ideal for sunbathing.

There’s room for up to 10 guests to enjoy Villa Romula, which is set over two levels. Tastefully furnished inside, and with lots of space outside, there are endless areas in which to relax.

Around the pool, there are seating and dining areas which are perfect for evening drinks or perhaps a barbecue with friends, and the magnificent valley views will make your time there even more pleasurable.

Inside, you have a spacious lounge with cool tiled floor, fireplace and flatscreen TV with satellite channels. A dining area gives you direct access to the terrace and pool area, with large glass doors letting in lots of fresh air and natural light. Also on the lower level, a well-equipped kitchen has been fitted out with attractive wooden units and offers a dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob.

Bedrooms can be found on both floors of the villa, with two doubles and a twin room downstairs. There are two more upstairs, with an exterior staircase providing access to the pool from the upper floor. This excellent family villa also has two bathrooms and offers covered parking, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.

There’s plenty to see and do in the nearby resort of Calpe – you are around 3.8km from the centre of town. As well as its famous beaches, it has a pleasant Old Town to explore, with the Moorish Quarter and Iglesia Vieja church well worth exploring.

You will also find Roman remains, good restaurants and some interesting museums, while those with young children may want to travel a little further down the coast to the water and adventure parks of Benidorm. /n Security deposit /n €500 payable in resort fixed price /n Arrival time /n 4 - 7 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n Energy costs included? /n Included in the rental price /n Linen & towels included? /n Linen & towels included in the rental price /n Pets welcome? /n Pets not allowed /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Included in the rental price /n Smoking Allowed? /n No smoking inside the villa /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property /n Minimum stay /n 3 nights /n Heating costs included? /n Included in the rental price /n Tax /n Included in the rental price /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi connection included /n Changeover day /n July & August, Saturday
