The property features a host of attractive outdoor spaces. As well as the magnificent pool, you have a barbecue, pool house and pergola, as well as a terrace lined with sun loungers. A spacious dining area gets a direct view of the pool and offers enough room for all 12 of you to dine together.
The interior of the house is just as enticing and features another dining space with a lovely outlook towards the Rock of Ifach. The lounge is light and refreshing, with lots of comfy seating and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. Your kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.
On the same floor, you have two double bedrooms and a twin, while on the lower ground floor there are three more – a double and two twins – plus a living area with sofa-bed. This floor is accessed via an exterior staircase. There are also four bathrooms at this villa.
Calpe continues to be a popular family destination, with great beaches, an aquarium and lots of entertainment to discover. You will find bars, clubs and restaurants in Calpe, as well as a pretty Old Town with some historic buildings and museums.
