The circular patterned ceiling of wooden beams is a great feature of this room, adding a slightly more traditional feel to this otherwise thoroughly modern villa! The indoor dining area can seat up to six, with a matching décor to the kitchen alongside, which is fully equipped to meet all your requirements. On this ground-floor, there is also a utility room with a washing machine.
The bedrooms are simply delightful! On the ground-floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room as well as a twin bedroom, both of which enjoy direct access to the pool terrace. On the first-floor, there is a further twin bedroom with a shower room, and on the next floor, there is a second double room with a full ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with incredible sea views. Three of the four rooms enjoy direct access to a balcony or terrace through vast French doors which allow the light to flood into the rooms and keep them bright, warm and airy all-day long. All four rooms enjoy plenty of storage, high-quality furniture and tasteful décor, as well as air conditioning and central heating. The four bathrooms are bright and modern.
From the ground-floor kitchen/dining area, there is access to a covered balcony overlooking the private pool, with seating for six around a sheltered dining table, as well as eight sun loungers around the pool. In this fabulous terrace area, there is also a great outdoor kitchen area with a sink and built-in BBQ, and an outdoor shower.
