Just over 5km from the centre of beautiful Altea, this 5-bedroom villa has many of the attractions of the Costa Blanca within a short drive. Enjoying the gorgeous surroundings of the Don Cayo golf resort, Villa Alejandra offers lots of privacy and is only 4km from the beach.
This villa looks out over areas of greenery and to the town and mountains beyond. The outdoor areas are a real joy, whether you want to take a dip in the private pool, relax on a sun lounger or dine on the terrace.
There are covered seating areas, as well as open spaces so that you can choose between sun and shade. A barbecue is provided which makes a high focal point for getting together with friends.
You can walk straight in from the terrace to the main living area, a light space equipped with air-conditioning, digital TV and plenty of seating. There is also a dining table and chairs with room for six people. Sweeping curves add character to these areas, and the white walls and tiled floors give them a fresh feel.
The welcoming kitchen is equipped with dark wood units, a dishwasher and microwave, among many other high-quality appliances. All except one of the bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor, with four large double bedrooms and a twin to choose from. There is also an additional sofa-bed on the lower level.
With Altea just a short drive from the villa, you can enjoy its charm and beauty with ease. A wander around the town will reward you with pretty white houses, cobbled streets and some great restaurants, while the marina and stunning beaches are bound to get your attention too.
