Enter through the large, wooden doors and you will be welcomed into a home with high-ceilings and what feels like endless natural light streaming in through the large windows that fill the walls. The open plan living and dining room are modern with homely touches such as eye-catching artwork and a large L-shaped sofa that is perfect for a wee siesta. The living room has plenty of space for everyone to relax, perfect for movie nights after a long day in the sun.
Days can begin with breakfast prepared in the kitchen and kids sit at the breakfast bar, eagerly awaiting their food. Big dinner feasts can be enjoyed at the dining table, which can seat the whole group. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing any kind of meal, with an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
The bedrooms in the home also boast loads of natural light, with each room also offering plenty of space to relax and for children to play. There are four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one room with two singles. The two bathrooms are quirky and eclectic with colourful tiling. They each have a single washbasin, shower and toilet.
As you step outside you can appreciate the solitude, with nothing but greenery as far as the eye can see. This can be appreciated by the private pool, which has plenty of sun loungers ready for relaxing and sunbathing. There are also two outdoor terraces, one of which is covered, which are perfect for a morning coffee or a pre-siesta vino and platter.
All of this is located in the countryside of Benissa in a very quiet and green area, it is within 10 kilometres of the town and the nearest beach, Cala Fustera. /n Security deposit /n €500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 - 7 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €126 per booking, paid locally.
