Villa Sorpresa is located in a private, rural area between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, offering stunning views towards the areas of S’Albufera, Pollensa Bay, Formentor and the mountains of Pollensa. The four-bedroom house sleeps 8 people, all spread over one level, with superb outdoor space perfect for families including a roof terrace ideal for looking at the enviable views.
As you enter the property, there is a kitchen for your use which leads out to a covered terrace. From here there is a living/dining area with ample room for everyone to relax on the comfortable sofas and dine together should you chose to eat inside. There is also Satellite TV and a DVD player for your entertainment. The four good-sized, bright bedrooms all lead off this room, with two bathrooms. There is a further bathroom at the back of the house, with the laundry facilities.
If al-fresco cooking and dining is your thing, then this villa is ideal for you, with the wonderful surroundings and secluded setting, you can turn on your music and cook up a storm on the barbecue, maybe with a glass or two of the local wine. The roof terrace is the perfect spot for watching the kaleidoscope of colour light up the evening sky as the sun sets on the horizon. The desirable pool is also a great spot to chill out, read your book and top up your tan.
The towns of Pollensa and Alcudia and the beaches are just a short drive away, if you can resist the temptation to spend all your time at the villa, making it a family-friendly home.
