Villa Delma is a beautiful eight bedroom villa that will comfortably sleep sixteen people, across the main house and a separate guest house. The décor is modern, bright and airy – there are pops of colour in the tasteful design scheme, giving it a comfortable and homely feel. Traditionally, it would have been one of the grand estate houses in the area, but it has been modernised and is now an excellent choice for a luxurious holiday.
On the ground floor, you’ll find spacious living rooms, a dining room, games room, office and of course the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of space to cater for your party; it’s modern but has lovely traditional touches, like the cheery blue and white Mallorcan tiles. There are exposed wooden beams throughout the villa, as well as stone floors and white walls – all to help keep you cool in the warmer months. Four of the bedrooms are here on the ground floor; two have en-suite bathrooms, and two share a bathroom.
Up on the first floor is the master bedroom suite – with a four poster bed, en-suite bathroom and even its own balcony. Here too is a separate lounge or office, with sofas and a desk – great if you need to catch up on things at home away from the rest of the group.
The lower ground floor is accessed by an external staircase; here are two bedrooms, a shower room and a games room – complete with table tennis table, it’s just the place to head to if you need entertainment out of the sun.
Outside is a self-contained guest house – there’s a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a private terrace here; it’s a great option if you have guests or family members who might want to keep a little independence from the rest of the villa. Head down a few steps from the main house and you’re in the wonderful landscaped gardens; there’s a swimming pool and a tennis court – so you can have a game of tennis, followed by a refreshing dip, just perfect. The gardens have masses of space, with mature citrus and olive trees, palms and plenty of lawns for children to dash about on.
