Villa Subtila is a beautiful, newly refurbished 16th-century farmhouse set on the top of one of the sloping hills of Umbria. The villa offers spectacular views of the medieval castle of Antognolla and its 18 hole championship golf course.
Villa Subtila is a perfect example of luxury and comfort, offering the unique opportunity to live in the heart of a natural reserve surrounded by woods, olive trees and green valleys. Also, guests can enjoy the comforts and the services of a 5-star resort and swim in a private pool that also contains a Jacuzzi.
Guests can walk through the nature reserve, relax in the shadow of an ancient tree. They can play a round of golf in the 18 hole, Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed, the golf course of Antognolla (two minutes from the villa) or enjoy a glass of prosecco at the golf clubhouse bar.
Villa Subtila accommodates up to 18 guests in the exceptional comfort of two beautifully decorated apartments and a cottage. All are furnished elegantly with local tiles from Deruta, well-equipped kitchens, a washing machine and satellite TV. /n Security deposit /n €1500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner as a pre-authorisation upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Changeover day /n Saturday. All other changeover days on request. /n Arrival time /n 4.00 p.m. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Yes (towels are changed mid-week and linen is changed mid-stay for bookings of two consecutive weeks). /n Energy costs included? /n Yes. /n Pool heating charge? /n Yes. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. /n Heating costs included? /n Yes, except in low season. /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property. /n Pets welcome? /n Not allowed. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Outside only. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights (short-breaks may be possible on request outside high season). /n Pool opening dates? /n The pool is open approximately May to September.
