A private parking area leads you into the grounds, where a huge lawn and stepping stone pathway welcome you to the main house. A beautiful white and blue palette is perfectly punctuated by the deep shades of green of a hundred different house plants dispersed through practically every room! Whether with friends or family, the many living and dining spaces, both inside and out, and the modern kitchen offer the perfect environment to gather, chat, and enjoy some quality time together, with a breakfast bar and table alongside the kitchen to allow everyone to lend a helping hand in meal preparation!
The main house consists of four ensuite bedrooms, with fabulous double beds, plenty of storage and incredible views. The master bedroom has a dressing area and access to the private first-floor terrace overlooking the nearby beach. A sixth double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is located in the garden, in a fabulous Joglo style building. All six bathrooms are incredibly sleek, with a range of marble-panelling, high-quality, elegant fittings and the same soothing colour tones.
A vast, well-maintained lawn surrounds the spacious veranda which runs the length of the house. A fantastic private pool offers a perfect place to both lounges in the sun and cools off when required! A huge outdoor dining area ensures the whole group can gather for an alfresco meal to enjoy the beautiful weather and some excellent food, and there’s even a barbeque to give you that real summer-time, beach-day feel! Kick back in the hammock or one of the many sun loungers on the terrace and soak in the sun while enjoying a cooling sea breeze and only the sound of the waves, the birdsong and the rustle of leaves.
