This special villa is newly constructed and is situated, alongside other luxury villas, in a private gated community. Each of the villas offers privacy and tranquillity in these beautiful surroundings. The picturesque village of Ano Mera is 3km away for shopping and relaxation and the vibrant, exclusive Mykonos Town is 6km away.
Designers have taken special care to ensure that Villa Iacob is serene, elegant and supremely comfortable whilst embracing the traditional Cycladic style of curved chalk-white architecture and painted wooden ceilings. They have done a brilliant job! The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and sleek and flow so well from one to the other. The interior spaces are dazzling and decorated with unique seaside artworks and mirrors. The quality furnishings suit every room and add some colour and contrast. The living spaces are open plan and illuminated. The well-fitted kitchen sparkles. The three luxury bedrooms are little peaceful havens, and all have double beds. The three bathrooms are also excellent, immaculate, and again feature curved edges and beautiful accessories. The light fittings are handpicked and stunning. The designers have had a lot of fun putting everything together.
The swimming pool is huge and is surrounded by cactus and other lovely plants. There are plenty of deluxe sun loungers and a beautiful alfresco dining area. The sea views are amazing. You will spend so much of your time sitting outside, enjoying the beautiful scenery. It is beautiful by day and also at sunset!
Elia Beach is fabulous and one of the longest stretches of silver sand on the south coast. It is amazing to have such a wonderful beach on your doorstep.
