Villa Fotini is a superb detached villa conveniently located in an idyllic pastoral setting, less than 2.5 km from the shops, restaurants and the lovely sandy beaches in the popular and picture postcard resorts of Kato Korakiana and Dassia. This modern designed villa is constructed over two floors with the ground floor living area particularly spacious and bright, split in two levels, separated only by two steps. For those that need it, you can also find a quiet office room, where you can work for (hopefully not more than) a couple of hours.
Three of the bedrooms will be found on the ground floor: two doubles and a twin bedroom. One of the doubles counts with an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to the garden. You can also find a self-contained apartment in the lower floor, this being ideal for those seeking some privacy. The apartment counts with a double bedroom a small lounge with a kitchenette and a shower room. This is a perfect villa for groups of friends, or three-generations family holidays!
Flowing through the entrance foyer you will find large patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool deck. Allows attentive parents to supervise the younger family members splashing about in the swimming pool from the comfort of the lovely outdoor sofas, a perfect vantage point for the hotter parts of the day!
