Villa Adelphis is contemporary and streamlined, a modern box designed using fabulous, trendy materials and with fantastic use of glass. The delightful ground floor is open plan with a dazzling kitchen complete with breakfast bar and all the appliances you would wish for. The lounge and dining furniture is chic and stylish. There is also an immaculate, useful shower room on the ground floor. A wall of bi-fold glass doors opens to the lovely terrace, swimming pool and alfresco dining. The terrace and living space really does feel as one. The generous terrace and garden is landscaped. Sun loungers surround the wonderful pool and there is a barbecue and small kitchen area for wonderful covered alfresco dining.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, all with access to a balcony. The master double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. The remaining double and twin bedrooms share an exceptional tiled bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor which is accessed from the main living area. They both have wonderful double beds and access to a staircase that leads directly to the pool and garden. They share a fabulous, pristine bathroom. There is also a separate utility area with a sink on the lower ground floor.
