The villa has been designed to a high standard and boasts modern and stylish interiors, comfortably accomodating four guests it is perfect for a family! On the ground floor is the main living accomodation, comprising a sitting room, dining area and fully equipped fitted kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Upstairs, guests will find the master bedroom with king-size bed, private balcony and en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is the second bedroom, a twin, which also boasts an en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony.
Outside, the private pool is the perfect place for the kids to splash about and cool off in the Cyprus sunshine! The dining facilities make a fantastic spot to spend an evening al fresco dining after a long day on the beach.

Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
/n Other Ts and Cs /n A range of helpful kid's equipment, for example cots and highchairs, can be hired for a small additional daily cost, please see the "extras" tab for more information. /n Minimum stay /n Please note that there is a 7-night minimum stay /n Insurance /n Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
/n Internet access? /n Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes and mid-stay cleaning also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
