Due to the town's location on the Dalmatian coast, it has a mild Mediterranean climate. Orebić's closest airport is Dubrovnik located at 130 km from the villa.
This stunning and spacious villa is situated in a peaceful residential area, the interior has been tastefully designed with a lovely mix of modern and classical décor. Villa Hagne can accommodate up to 8 guests making it a great choice for a family vacation or a large group of friends.
On the lower level of the property, you will find most of the villa's rooms and facilities. There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, one of the bedrooms has its own entrance making it easier to access the pool and kitchen area without disturbing others. The open plan design of the living space makes this a great social area, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a comfy airy lounge. On the upper level, you will find the stylishly renovated attic, this open-plan space has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a beautiful freestanding bath.
The outside area is surrounded by high hedges and trees which give you a lovely private setting to relax in. There is a private swimming pool ready for you to take a dip in and sun loungers, umbrellas and a few small side tables ready for you to lay back and soak up the sun with a drink by your side. If you want to enjoy a meal outside then there is a barbecue, table and chair set and extra seating set in the shade.
Some additional perks of Villa Hagne is the private sauna, a small protected and shaded courtyard with extra seating and free use of the fitness centre located at 500 metres from the property.
