Villa Bunch is a gorgeous, meticulous 3 bedroom villa with open plan design and a wonderful brand new pool and terrace. It is the fantastic location of Petraca, just 12km from Dubrovnik, roughly the same from the airport and 1.5km from the centre of Mlini and its lovely beaches. Mlini is a very popular resort on Dubrovnik Riviera – just perfect to relax on the beach after a visit to the Old Town of Dubrovnik! The natural local landscape, surrounded by forests is relaxing and thrillingly beautiful.
The villa is in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature. It is wonderful to wake up to the sound of birds, yet you can look at the lovely sea view knowing you are very close.
The splendid pool is unusual for villas in this area and was only installed in May 2019. It is pristine and raised on the hill so a lovely space to take a dip, read a book and enjoy the sunshine and perfect views. There is a delightful terrace around the pool and to the side of the house with modern sunbeds and dining furniture. The lush planting in the garden and surrounding the villa makes for a peaceful, tranquil setting and the barbecue is great for lovely summer family dinners.
The living, dining area and kitchen are open plan and along sleek, clean lines – so comfortable and easy to stay in. It is very light and airy with attractive furniture. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with king beds and another with twin beds, all very tasteful. Each has its own very modern bathroom with walk-in showers. There are very pleasant views from all of the bedrooms making you feel like you are away from it all!
