The ground floor is comprised of a beautiful living/dining area, which opens onto a covered patio with outdoor dining and sitting areas overlooking a private plunge pool and garden area. There is also a fantastic kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances and lots of space. One of the guest bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, as well as a shower room.
Upstairs, there are two additional guest bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a king-size double bed. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a large shared terrace which overlooks the pool deck and offers views of the Mullins Bay Complex. The large master suite occupies the entire second floor; with a large four-poster bed, as well as a balcony with views over the Mullins Beach area and Caribbean Sea. Each of the bedrooms are stylish and luxurious, offering a private haven for guests to rest and recharge after a lazy day in the sun. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the four bathrooms are also very well equipped.
The outdoor living area is just as picturesque, with a fantastic outdoor living area and a private plunge pool for cooling down. The garden gate provides direct access to a larger shared swimming pool, which has a sun terrace and plenty of indulgent loungers. Guests of the villa enjoy full access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club, located just fifty yards away on Mullins Beach, as well as complimentary access to the amenities of the Sugar Hill Resort, just a short drive away.
