The magnificent Mostyn Castle holds a fabulous location within beautiful north Wales and makes the perfect base for guests looking to stay in style while exploring the gorgeous surrounding countryside. The Grade II listed Castle was home to the Mostyn’s, one of the Great families in the History of Wales, after this it was then inhabited by Nun’s for many years. It has recently been lovingly and delicately renovated and refurbished into a one-of-a-kind holiday home.
The castle boasts lavish yet elegant furnishings and interiors, guests really will feel like they have their very own slice of luxury! Mostyn Castle can accommodate up to 40 guests across the nine principle bedroom, the Abbey Suite and the Tower Apartment.
On the ground floor, guests will be greeted by the grand entrance hall and impressive entertaining space, comprising of two drawing rooms, library, state dining room and chapel kitchen which comes complete with all necessary modern amenities. Also on this floor, is one of the king-size double bedrooms. Upstairs, on the first floor are the remaining bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms, The Scott and Max bedrooms are both super-king size doubles, with handy double sofa beds, perfect as family rooms they also come with en-suite bathrooms. The Alexander room is also super-king and has an additional double sofa bed, while the king-size Mostyn bedroom also comes complete with en-suite bathroom. There is a family room, two double bedrooms with a shared jack & jill bathroom, perfect for parents and two children. There are also two standard double bedrooms as well as family bathroom.
The Abbey suite offer 5 additional bedrooms 1 double, 2 singles and 2 family rooms.
There are two additional Tower Apartment bedrooms. Which can accomodate a further six guests across two double bedrooms, with an additional two making use of the sofa bed in the living room. Mostyn Castle is the perfect venue for your family get together or celebration!
Only a portion of the castle is available to rent. The right hand side of the property (in the lead image) is not included in the rental.

25 - 32 - Guests have access to the Castle and The Abbey Suite
32 - 40 - Guests have access to the whole Caste Estate including the Castle, Abbey Suite and the Tower Apartment***

Please note there is an additional charge for extra sets of towels and linen /n Minimum stay /n Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay /n Security deposit /n £1000 paid via bank transfer to the owner due 8 weeks before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Pets welcome? /n Yes one small dog is allowed at the property upon prior approval of the owners. Only one small dog is allowed at the property during a stay. Please always pick up after your dog. Ignoring these rules will lead to your damage deposit being fully deducted. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Stag and hen do's are very welcome /n Other 2 /n Please note - music is kept to the inside of the castle and turned off at 23.00. The noise can very easily travel to the neighbouring houses. Please be mindful and respectful of the local residents during your stay by limiting all outside noise.
