Can Rabassa is a traditional home nestled in the hills just outside the city of Palafrugell. Able to accommodate six guests between three bedrooms, the property offers a quiet retreat to a more rural landscape. With a private pool and a fantastic outdoor dining area, you can appreciate the quiet setting of this fantastic home.
The villas traditional décor is designed to put you at ease, with customary Spanish white walls bringing a natural cooling aesthetic, highlighted by the warmer touch of wood and soft furnishings found throughout this charming but straightforward home. The heart of the home is the open plan living and dining area, and the room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a television. The cosy armchairs are perfect for gazing out of the huge patio doors to a view of the pool and the terrace, and a dining table sits adjacent in the room. Walking through the living space guests will find their way to the fully equipped kitchen, where there is an additional table which is ideal for enjoying a quick snack from or even a great spot for chatting whilst cooking.
The ground floor is also home to two of the property’s bedrooms and a family bathroom, the master double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom. The final twin bedroom can be found on the first floor alongside a bathroom. All the bedrooms are furnished with a traditional aesthetic and have openable windows to allow the gentle breeze in.
The villas outdoor area is incredibly popular with guests; the spacious terrace includes a dining area and traditional barbecue. This is a great spot for group barbecues, as a tall tree provides shade through the day, with other parasols available if needed. After enjoying a generous lunch on the terrace, laze the day away on a sun lounger by the pool for a real relaxing treat. Enjoy dipping in and out for the water in complete privacy with plenty of space away from the nearest neighbour.

However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Sheets and towels can be hired on site for an extra cost of €8 per person per week (paid locally). /n Energy costs included? /n Yes, included in the rental price. /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi internet access not included in rental price, extra cost of €50 per week to be paid upon arrival. /n Minimum stay /n 3 nights /n Changeover day /n Saturday during peak season. /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
