Casa Virgili is a comfortable home located in the picturesque town of Llafranc on the Costa Brava. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests across the four bedrooms available and boasts a private pool. The splendid outdoor areas are surrounded by the natural mountain and sea views, allowing you to appreciate the beauty of this famous region.
Inside, the villa’s warming décor provides a comforting and relaxing ambience. Soft yellows and oranges are met with the bright natural light that is abundant throughout the villa; it really is a great home from home. The ground floor is the heart of the house, in particular, the living room and open plan dining space are ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones. The living room’s large corner sofa is a pleasure to relax on, from here you can appreciate the feature fireplace whilst enjoying some television. This room expands into the dining area, with enough space for all the guests to sit together; it is perfect for enjoying fantastic meals as a group. The kitchen also occupies the ground floor, fully equipped and modern in its design it is a great space for rustling up quick snacks as well as large meals. The breakfast bar is a great feature, allowing for some more casual dining or as a place to chat—a laundry room and washroom complete the ground floor.
The villa's bedrooms are split across the lower-ground floor and the first floor. Three of the bedrooms can be found on the lower-ground floor, a double bedroom and two twin single bedrooms. Two of these rooms have access to the outdoor patio, so a morning swim is always on the cards! The master bedroom is on the first floor; the double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with beautiful views. There is no better way to start the day than a glimpse of the stunning landscape in the morning sun! Outside, the villa has a large patio area with a dining table and barbecue to enjoy through the day.
There is further seating on the lower ground and first-floor terraces, so there is no shortage of relaxing spaces to enjoy. The private pool is a brilliant feature, complemented with a few sun loungers it is great for enjoying in the hot Spanish summers. /n Security deposit /n €150 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n Between 4.30 - 8 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €95 to be paid with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Sheets and towels can be hired on site for an extra cost of €8 per person per week (paid locally). /n Energy costs included? /n Yes, included in the rental price. /n Heating costs included? /n Not included in the rental price, extra €50 per week, paid locally. /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi internet access not included in rental price, extra cost of €50 per week to be paid upon arrival. /n Minimum stay /n 3 nights /n Changeover day /n Saturday during peak season. /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €35 per pet per week will apply (paid locally). /n Smoking Allowed? /n Not permitted. /n Tax /n Tourist Tax of €1 per person per day for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier. /n Insurance /n Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Cot and high chair available at an extra cost of €35 per item per week.
