Alca Paradiso is a fabulous choice for 2 families wanting to holiday together but possibly enjoying a little time with their own individual families. This wonderful villa is situated in the tranquil residential area of Alcanada. Close by are the famous Alcanada Golf Club, stunning beaches and excellent restaurants.
The dazzling beach and harbour of Alcudia with all of its buzzy bars, restaurants and cafes are just 1.5km away. Alca Paradiso is located on a hilltop, surrounded by a beautiful, well-maintained garden with exotic Mediterranean plants and swaying palm trees. It is a fantastic spot.
The villa boasts a large infinity pool which is framed by a lovely terrace with alfresco dining and an outdoor lounge area, the perfect place to relax with a game of cards or a few pre-dinner drinks.
On the ground floor, the accommodation includes a bright and airy living room with two large sofas and access through three massive glass doors to the terrace. The living space is open plan with the dining and kitchen areas. There is also a breakfast bar. The space is very spacious and comfortable. Also, on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the third designed as a joyful children’s bedroom with single beds. There are 2 immaculate, tiled bathrooms to share.
Upstairs there is another classy, open plan, split-level living and dining area. Again the full wall of doors and windows make it incredibly bright and cheerful. The bright kitchen has another smaller breakfast table. This floor has an excellent, large balcony with alfresco dining. The sea views are astounding. Each of the 3 bedrooms has twin beds, and again, there are 2 pristine bathrooms to share. One has a bath and the other a walk-in shower.
Alca Paradiso is modern and glowing with bright sunshine everywhere. It feels such a happy, comfortable villa.
