Casa Aliciana is a gorgeous, newly renovated villa set in a beautifully landscaped garden within a short distance of the Blue Flag Ancao Beach. The villa is situated roughly halfway between Faro and Quarteira. It is within the ‘Golden Triangle’, an affluent area containing the Algarve’s most upmarket resorts of Vale do Lobo, Vale do Garrao and Quinta do Lago. The area boasts amazing, stunning beaches, a fabulous dining scene and much entertainment.
The modern Casa Aliciana boasts four excellent bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor, and is ideal for a large family, an extended family or a group of friends. The renovation is superb with a wonderful open-plan design and excellent bathrooms and decor. There is Wi-Fi and TV in every room. The entrance to the villa leads to a utility room and one of the twin bedrooms and then onto the spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is very modern. The living area boasts a Sonos sound system for your enjoyment. There are two further bedrooms downstairs. One has a double bed and opens onto the garden, and the other has twin beds and opens onto the front terrace. The beds in the twin bedrooms are next to each other.
The gorgeous master bedroom suite is upstairs and enjoys a double bed, an excellent en-suite shower room and a private terrace overlooking the stunning garden and with access to the upper roof terrace. The bathrooms are superior and very modern following the renovation.
The outside area of Casa Aliciana is fabulous. The terrace is sleek and modern, as is the green-tiled 7m x 3m swimming pool. The sunbathing terrace is decked with sun loungers and parasols. The manicured, tropical gardens are stunning with mature palms and excellent planting and lawns. There is a Beefeater barbecue for alfresco dining.
