This thoroughly modern and impeccably decorated holiday home is complete with its own pool, entertainment room, and gym, and all set within an intriguing city of medieval churches, museums, and top quality restaurants.
Villa Tommi is three floors of stunning modern architectural design, with an exterior as breathtaking as inside. Guests here will be impressed by the private walled garden area which features a well-tended lawn area, patio with beautiful trees and shrubs, and a canopied outdoor living space which is complete with plush cream seating and trendy hanging egg-chairs - the perfect place to enjoy an evening with a glass of wine as the sun goes down and the garden and pool lights come on. The pool is, of course, a highlight of the garden area, and is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers, ensuring there is somewhere to recline after taking a cooling dip.
The inside of the property oozes the same class and style as the outside, with plenty of calming neutral tones of cream and white which contribute to a tranquil atmosphere. The first floor of Villa Tommi is open plan and incorporates the living, dining and kitchen areas. Incredibly spacious, the villa’s large windows and bare wood floors give a light and airy feel, and the soft cream sofas and solid wooden furniture offer a flavour of country cottage chic with a modern edge. Everywhere you turn are stylish features, from the mosaic-edged mirrors and modern artworks to the sumptuous leather dining chairs and sprays of exposed brickwork in the kitchen area. The kitchen is no less contemporary in style and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, glossy white units and breakfast bar, as well as all the modern amenities you would expect alongside plenty of storage and food preparation spaces. There is a large open wood-burning fire in this area, nestled into the exposed brickwork that adds an authentic rustic touch.
The modern styling and neutral colour theme continue in the bedrooms, which are located on both the first and ground floor and consist of 3 doubles and one twin room. The rooms are all spacious and light, with crisp white linens and accents throughout of soft grey, cream and taupe. Furniture is solid wood in white or neutral shades and offers guests plenty of storage space, and the lighting fixtures and wall-mounted artworks add warmth in tones of brown and gold. The basement level of Villa Tommi is a unique space; a colourful entertainment room featuring a large flat-screen TV and games console. There is a plush bright green sofa on which to relax, and colourful patterned rug, adding to a cheery fun vibe.
