Here you’ll find a homely open plan living area adjoined to a well-equipped kitchen; ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with comfortable furnishings, and stylish dining area seating 6, on which to enjoy those long leisurely evenings. You’ll appreciate fantastic views through the French doors onto the outdoor terrace, watching the sun dance across the surface of the sumptuous outdoor pool.
On the first floor of the property you’ll discover the impressive master suite. In a deluxe mix of modern and traditional Menorcan décor, this impressive space comprises of a king size bed, dressing room, beautiful en suite bathroom with relaxing spa bath and private terrace on which to enjoy the magnificent views. Next door to the master are two further spacious double bedrooms in contemporary décor, one with en suite. There is also a separate bathroom with hydromassage shower, to unwind under after a stressful day reclining on the beach!
The outside terrace area is the ultimate space in which to while away a balmy Menorcan afternoon in luxury. Through the French doors from the living area you’ll find a comfortable shaded seated area, where you’ll love to sink back and enjoy an afternoon aperitif, surrounded by native flowers and lawn. There is also a chic dining area to appreciate some al fresco banqueting under the night sky. But the pièce de résistance is certainly the 40sq metre swimming pool; the cool tranquil waters a perfect antidote to a hot Summer’s day.
