Villa Aisling is a lovely, four-bedroom villa situated in a quiet residential area called Sa Punta des Port, a part of the popular tourist area of Cala D’Or. You can truly relax from the moment you arrive with the beautiful sandy beach, Cala Egos, and the Cala Egos centre that offers shops, restaurant, bars and cafes only a short 500m away from your front door.
The modern villa is furnished to a high standard throughout, with marble floors and relaxed furnishings giving the villa a special and comfortable atmosphere within which you can make yourself at home. From the entrance, there is direct access to the bright, open-plan living/dining room. Large sliding glass doors open onto the lovely garden and pool area, making this space a great socialising area, where you can move between the interior and exterior spaces.
There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen for your use, ideal for making up a picnic to take to the beach, or whipping up a family feast to enjoy in the comforts of your own villa. This floor features two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the covered terrace and garden, that share a bathroom. From the hall, a beautiful, marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two more double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and access to the upper terrace with pretty views of the garden and pool.
As you step outside, the villa offers a fully enclosed, spacious garden with large lawn areas and mature palm trees that provide moments of shade from the warm Mallorcan sunshine. The large pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun beds.
