The fully renovated house sits beside plenty of outdoor space, with a large patio, table tennis, barbecue and dining area waiting for you. A cabana with bar lines up next to the lengthy 12m heated swimming pool, and you will also find a small orchard in the grounds, filled with orange, lemon, grapefruit and mango trees – a real delight for the senses.
Inside, you’ll discover a large living room with an open fireplace, comfy seating area with TV, and stunning views. A fully refurbished kitchen with high-quality Smeg appliances – including a huge fridge freezer and range-style oven – is an inviting place to spend time, and leads to a traditional Spanish dining area. This, in turn, leads you to the large balcony where the sunshine lasts all day.
There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in Villa Alicia. Two of the bedrooms have their private balconies, and each room features beautiful solid wood furnishings and wooden or tiled floors. This villa has, even more, treats in store, with a gym inside and hot tub outside ready to move you from exertion to blissful relaxation. You can even admire the beautiful ocean view as you are working out.
Villa Alicia has the location on its side, with a host of restaurants, bars and shops within a 20-minute walk. Mijas is pretty enough to be well worth a visit even without them, and you are sure to be charmed by its peaceful character and traditions.
You will be well-placed to enjoy a round of golf or two at one of Nuevo Andalucia’s many courses to the south of Mijas or to spend the day in vibrant Fuengirola just 20 minutes away.
