The terrace is definitely the hot spot of Casa Del Mar, with its panoramic views and swimming-pool with roman steps, from which you will be able to admire the amazing coastline. The property was completely refurbished in 2011 and, in spite of being located at the top of the hill, its access is through a set of stairs.
The villa is thoughtfully distributed and is practical and comfortable, all the rooms are distributed over 2 floors. Tastefully decorated with a sophisticated style, combining vibrant and neutral colours, creating a cool and relaxing ambiance.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 3 with single beds and 1 with double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fans, two fully equipped bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite. The open plan kitchen is located adjacent to an ample size living-room with widescreen satellite TV, DVD player and Playstation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons to ensure a home from home experience and leads directly out to a fabulous partly covered terrace with a brick BBQ where you can enjoy family al fresco dining. From the kitchen area you can also access an outdoor laundry area where the washing machine is housed.
The distance to the beach of Son Bou and the shopping centre is about 1 Km but due to high temperatures in the peak months we recommend car hire as the property is located in an elevated located. /n Security deposit /n Credit cards details may be requested as guarantee /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes.
