This traditional style villa with modern finishes is built over 2 floors, accessed from the street by 43 steps. As you enter the ground floor, you’ll find yourself in the spacious open plan living/ dining area, centred around a grand fireplace; perfect for entertaining or sitting back and enjoying the views through the French windows. The well-equipped kitchen features an American style bar on which to enjoy your breakfast before you start your Menorcan adventures, it also extends to a pantry and laundry.
Also on the ground floor are a bathroom and two high-ceilinged double bedrooms, one with en suite, both with access to the enticing sun terrace and feature spectacular views out over the Mediterranean Sea. The sizeable Master bedroom can be found on the first floor, with its own en suite, next to which a further double bedroom en suite is situated. Both rooms have direct access to the stunning upper terrace, to enjoy those dreamy mornings overlooking the beautiful stretch of coastland.
