Description

Ca Na Felip is a beautiful three bedroom stone house in the picturesque village of Deia. With its private pool and beautiful shady terraces, this is an ideal spot for a family or friends wanting to stay in this artistic and bohemian village.

The holiday home is inviting with warm, contemporary colours; it has a cosy and authentic feel while being incredibly comfortable with everything you may need.  The cosy living area will be appreciated in cooler evenings as you snuggle by the fireplace and the open-plan kitchen-dining room has everything needed for keen cooks to prepare a local feast with added extras such as an espresso machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all ensuite with a modern shower or bathroom. The master bedroom with its four-poster bed and sofas has a particular wow factor, and all three rooms are decorated with simple Mediterranean colours and pretty fabrics.

Outside there is a great shady terrace leading straight from the villa with more comfy outdoor furniture and a lovely al-fresco dining area overlooking the swimming pool. Steps lead down to the pretty gardens and a swimming pool, which can be gated off if needed.  The pool is in a perfect spot for cooling down after basking in the Mallorcan sunshine; you are surrounded by beautiful old olive trees so typical of this area.  Sun-loungers by the pool mean that it will be hard to leave this garden of paradise.

Deia is an idyllic village on the west coast of Mallorca, perched high up with stunning views down to the crystal clear seas. With a stunning backdrop of the ‘Sierra de Tramuntana’, the beautiful village is typically Mediterranean with green shuttered stone houses and narrow streets of pretty boutiques, art galleries, upmarket restaurants, cafes and Mallorquin tapas bars. It is very popular with tourists in the summer, with good reason as visitors come to experience the arty and bohemian vibe, just like the late Robert Graves did when he lived in the village in the nineteenth century.

Cala Deia is a beautiful sheltered pebble cove, a thirty-minute steep walk downhill from the village (or a five minutes drive) where you will find a superb rustic seafood restaurant overlooking the sea.

The pretty town of Soller is a dramatic 10km drive away, a beautiful town so popular with walkers or tourists looking to get off the beaten track.  Take the old wood panelled train through the orange groves from Soller to Palma for a day trip to the magnificent city.
