Villa Ferran is a single-storey villa with three bedrooms (there’s also a sofa bed in another room) and can sleep up to 7/8 people. It’s a modern villa, stylishly decorated in a clean and uncluttered style. Set in a superb location, it’s a great option if you’re a family travelling with different generations, or a group of friends altogether.
There are three double bedrooms – two have access to the terrace and garden, one has an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bedroom has a further small bedroom with a sofa bed, accessed through the bathroom – it’s an excellent layout for a family with young children as this bedroom can also double up as a playroom during the day. There’s a further family bathroom just here too, as well as a guest WC.
The living accommodation, much like the rest of the villa, is well proportioned with plenty of space for everyone in your party. There’s an open-plan living/dining room, with a sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, exposed wooden beams and air conditioning.
There are double glass doors that open directly out on to the garden, with the swimming pool beyond. As well as this main living room, there’s a second snug – with a sofa, fireplace and terrace access. It’s just the place to sit with a book in the evening or have some quiet time away from the rest of the group.
The kitchen has modern, fully-fitted units and all the appliances you’ll need – there’s also a laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities, so you can hide clutter away here and close the door on it – perfect!
Outside there is a covered terrace with dining furniture and a gentle grass slope that takes you down to the private swimming pool with sun loungers. The sea view is stunning, so make the most of the warm evenings and sit here by the pool, drink in hand, watching the sea and twinkling lights around the bay. /n Security deposit /n Credit cards details may be requested as guarantee /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes.
