Villa Airam is a luxurious Castilian six-bedroom family-villa, which sleeps up to eleven people is situated in Sa Riera, Begur based in the coastal region of Costa Brava. This villa is truly one of the best. It boasts striking sea-views from the exterior plot as it overlooks the beach of Sa Riera. The garden area is beautiful, there is a private outdoor swimming pool, with Roman steps, and it is situated on a wooden deck. In addition to this, there are plenty of sun-loungers and garden furniture for those who would like to laze around in the sun! Furthermore, the visual exterior of the property is stunning; it is a newly built property and it consists of a large tower building alongside a modern building, the walls are made from a rustic stone.
The interior is equally gorgeous. There is a large and open-plan living and dining area; it has a very homely atmosphere created using extremely comfortable furniture, and it has direct access to the terrace through the substantial patio doors! Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen ideal for someone who enjoys cooking or loves eating. Additionally, four out of the six bedrooms have en-suites meaning that there is lots of space for everybody.
This villa is in a very privileged location and there is something for everybody to enjoy, especially as it is only a five-minute stroll from the nearest beach, and it is only a short walk to a variety of local bars and restaurants. Additionally, it is situated only 3km away from the popular town of Begur where the family can enjoy looking at historical sites, such as, the Castell de Begur or visiting the local water-park, Platja d’Aro. Also, it is only an hour’s drive from Girona-Costa Brava Airport so getting there could not be any easier!
