The entire villa has been designed to make your holiday as special as possible, with ample room for eight guests to spread out, relax and explore.
The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious resorts, El Duque. With the beach, local restaurants and bustling shops all within walking distance, you have everything you need on your doorstep, although once you have walked in the villa’s front door it is incredibly hard to ever imagine leaving!
When you arrive, the front door of this luxury mansion opens out into a foyer, from which you can amble through to the study, the small library dedicated to the ocean and sea travels, the fully-equipped professional kitchen and the spectacular Wardroom, with space for 10-12 guests to gather together. Each room is filled to the brim with traditional features, opulent furnishings and luxury finishes, making every space unique and the atmosphere elegant and calming.
There are four suites on the ground floor, all with their own bathrooms and access to the terrace and pool. Each room has its own special features, creating your own unique space where you can enjoy time alone or as a couple, away from the rest of the group. The main bedroom is on the first floor, equally luxurious in its styles, with double doors opening elegantly to a balcony, that overlooks the terrace and treetops, with views expanding out towards the sea in the distance.
The first floor offers a stunning living area, with sofas and patio doors out a balcony that becomes an instant extension of the room itself. The nautical themes continue throughout the villa’s furnishings and artwork, reminding you of the sea on the outside.
Through the rest of the property, both inside and out you can enjoy every luxury feature. Around the terrace there is the luxury spa, Russian billiards terrace, outdoor solarium, fruit garden and open-air cinema, let alone the huge heated swimming pool. Imagine sitting back on a day bed, eating fresh fruit from the garden, whilst sharing stories and laughter with your loved ones. NOTE-The owners are currently building a new terrace area which will include a BBQ and fire with 3 small fish ponds adjacent.
