The three-storey block offers excellent shared facilities too – your balcony overlooks a garden with 12x5m swimming pool, a children’s pool and outdoor shower, while inside you also have use of a fitness room, sauna and whirlpool bath.
A pretty pebble beach lies within a few metres of the apartment, which is bright and fully air-conditioned. Colourful art lines the walls of the living and dining area with satellite TV, comfy sofas and direct access to the terrace.
In addition to a sleek kitchen and shower room, you have two bedrooms on the lower level – a double and twin. Upstairs, a large double bedroom has its own en suite shower and opens on to a balcony and two furnished terraces with views towards the sea.
The handy location of the apartment means the nearest restaurant is just a few steps away. It’s an easy walk to Jávea’s centre where you will spot plenty of architectural gems such as San Bartolemé church, and the covered market is the place to go for freshly caught fish and other local produce.
The promenade near Jávea’s glorious beaches offers the chance to dine at various bars and restaurants as you admire the Mediterranean coastline.
