Off a quiet country cul-de-sac, Casa James is peaceful and charming, offering its guests a quiet location, pretty Mediterranean gardens and a majestic 12 x 5m pool. You are just a short drive from the old town of Pollença and the beach at Puerto de Pollenca.
A fantastic sun terrace furnished with lounge chairs makes a beautiful spot to admire the surrounding countryside, where olive and algarroba trees grow on the verdant hills. A covered terrace right by the pool is the place for al fresco dining and evenings of drinks and conversation. There’s also a barbecue as part of the summer kitchen.
Inside, a reception room with seating leads up to the main lounge and dining room with seating for eight. Next, to this, the modern kitchen features lime oak fittings and has everything from a dishwasher to a Nespresso machine and a breakfast bar, plus double doors taking you on to the terraces and back to the gardens.
A cool, light feel runs throughout the house, with terracotta tiled floors and white walls. Casa James has four bedrooms, including the master which overlooks the gardens and has its own en-suite with bath and shower. The second double also has an en-suite, and the remaining two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom. All the bedrooms have to air-condition, just one of the extras this villa has to offer – there is also PlayStation 3, DVD, table tennis and free Wi-Fi.
Located between Pollença and Alcúdia, Casa James is in the perfect position to make the most of both towns. Pollença’s old town has a timeless quality and offers lots of excellent local cuisine its restaurants and bars.
