This modern villa is located in Alcudia, north of Majorca. It is nestled into a residential area of Cielo de Bonaire and is fenced in by hedges to offer you and your guests’ privacy.
This beautiful villa can sleep a large group comfortably with a mix of double and twin bedrooms, ensuites and bathrooms, and has a modern kitchen fitted with all the necessary appliances. These features allow you to host a range of holidays at this villa, be them a family holiday or a group holiday with your friends.
The house is over 2 floors, with the bedrooms being spread over both floors. All the bedrooms have a relaxing atmosphere in their simplicity. The bedroom on the top floor, with a double bed, has an ensuite bathroom attached to it which has a modern hydromassage shower for your use.
The other rooms are a mix of double and twin bed setups. All the bedrooms have air con units with timers so that the Spanish heat won’t spoil your time here. The second bathroom is a family bathroom with a bathtub perfect for the kids or yourself when you want to unwind.
The other rooms include a contemporary, spacious living /dining room equipped with a large sofa, TV and a dining table – this room has A/C also. It will be the perfect central location for you and your guests to spend the day before you leave for any other holiday excursions, or as a place for you to gather and dine.
The large glass doors of the living room lead to the terrace and pool. The pool has corner descending steps making it child-friendly, as well as acting as a stylish entrance. The patio has several sun loungers and a parasol to relax and sunbathe, perfect activities for a lazy day in Spain.
