The house was designed by long-term Bali residents and the local touches are apparent. It’s created in the style of a traditional Balinese compound, which comprised of a series of living areas and sleeping areas.
As you step into the living spaces everything is made of local materials such as the exotic hardwood floors and coral-limestone walls. The walls are adorned by local artwork and artefacts that add to the Balinese feel. The living and dining pavilion is the social hub of the home, with countless seating options including large sofas to sink into after a long day of relaxing and exploring. There are panoramic ocean views from the second-floor lounge, as well as a day bed for ultimate relaxation
The dining table can seat fourteen guests for massive feasts prepared by the in-house chef! There is also a smaller breakfast table ideal for, well, breakfast! And there is a space at the coconut-shell bar that is perfect for evening cocktails.
There are six-bedrooms at this villa, a master suite, three guest rooms and then two rooms in the Joglo – a private traditional home. The master suite has a stunning four-poster king-size bed and unique artefacts and artwork adorn the walls. An incredible garden bathroom complete with an open-air shower, and a stunning bathtub for two. The three guest bedrooms in the main house also all have four-poster king-size beds, which can be converted to twins, as well as unique en-suites with their own stunning bathing options. The rooms in the Joglo are romantic retreats, with en-suite bathrooms and access to a private kitchen and dining area that sits between the two bedrooms.
The garden truly is an oasis, tall tropical gardens and swaying coconut palms surround the rolling lawns and the smell of frangipani and salt-water fills the air. The 18-metre infinity private pool looks out over the ocean, blending in seamlessly as if you are swimming out into the ocean.
