Roda Beach Villa has a spectacular location situated directly on the beautiful sandy beach which can be accessed via a gate at the end of the private garden. The peaceful resort of Roda offers guests a range of useful amenities, including bars, restaurants and shops many of which can be reached by taking a leisurely stroll along the beach.
The modern villa boasts luxurious interiors and plush furnishings and can accommodate up to ten guests across five beautiful en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor is the spacious living accommodation, the living room comes complete with a flat screen 3D TV, while the fully-equipped kitchen offers guests all the necessary amenities. Also on this level, is a king-size master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms. Upstairs, is a further king-size double bedroom and an additional two twin rooms. The large upstairs balcony offers guests the chance to make the most of the views over the sparkling Ionian Sea while enjoying a cold drink of an evening.
Outside, the grounds are just as luxurious, boasting a large swimming pool complete with jacuzzi section, the perfect spot to enjoy the impressive beach views. There is also a covered dining area complete with barbecue, fantastic for those who enjoy al fresco dining! /n Security deposit /n €500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4pm /n Departure time /n 10am /n Energy costs included? /n Included in the rental price /n Linen & towels included? /n Included in the rental price /n End of stay cleaning included? /n €150 to be paid at time of booking. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. /n Tax /n From 1 January 2018, the Greek Ministry of Tourism will be charging a tourism tax. This will be collected from you when you get to your accommodation.
The tax works out between 0.50 - 4 Euros per night. The amount you’ll pay will depend on the official rating of your accommodation.
