Chateau De Baloigne sits in the popular Ardeche region of south eastern France. This fabulous self-catering chateau is surrounded by medieval ruins providing a truly atmospheric holiday experience.
The Chateau De Baloigne, and indeed the whole estate, is protected by the government as a Historic Monument. However, the ancient building has been combined with 21st century touches such as a fully fitted kitchen, hot and cold running water and modern bathrooms with showers. The interior décor is traditionally French but with a few Spanish touches.
The Chateau De Baloigne can sleep up to 15 guests in six bedrooms in the main house and a basic studio apartment is also available in a separate part of the ruins if needed, (all of which overlook the medieval ruins).
In addition, from the summer of 2019 a newly renovated tower with two bedrooms and bathrooms is included for 16 to 18 guests including a stunning rooftop terrace where you can sleep out under the stars on warm summer nights.
There is also table tennis, various dining terraces, a beautiful old open fire and a library. /n Security deposit /n €1000.
