Villa Atalaya holds a much-desired location in the exclusive Atalaya of Rio Verde area within Nueva Andalucía, close to the popular resort of Puerto Banus, while glamorous Marbella is just a five-minute car journey away. The authentic and luxurious Andalusian-style villa holds a large corner pot surrounded by extensive tropical gardens giving guests a real sense of privacy and exclusivity.
The villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests across seven beautiful bedrooms, six of which boast en-suite bathrooms, split between the main house and guest house. The luxury property has been lovingly designed with high attention to detail with quality furnishings, chic décor and a contemporary feel. On arrival at Villa Atalaya, guests will be greeted with a grand fountain and the sense of luxury continues inside with the impressive entrance hall of the main house. On this level is the main living accommodation which comprises of a living room, formal dining room and fully-equipped fitted kitchen which possesses all the necessary modern amenities. Also on this level is the first of the bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. Heading upstairs there is a second living room, from which there is access onto the upper sun terrace. Also on this floor are the king-size master bedroom and two further twin bedrooms.
The remainder of the accommodation can be found in the charming guest house, the accommodation layout would be ideal for two families holidaying together. The guest house boasts a large open-plan living and dining room as well a second fitted kitchen. Here there are the remaining three twin/double bedrooms, each with access to the beautiful gardens while two of which come complete with en-suite bathrooms.
Outside, the tropical gardens have been immaculately maintained and cared for, making a beautiful space to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. When the sun gets a bit too much, the large private pool is the perfect spot to take a refreshing dip and cool off. There is a covered terrace, fantastic for those who wish to indulge in some al fresco dining while in sunny Spain!
