The covered terrace outside provides you with an ideal place to dine, whilst taking in the wonderful sights of the deep blue coloured sea. The swimming pool (7 x 4.5m) is positioned to also be able to enjoy the views and there is a covered chill out area in which to relax too.
The property is situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood allowing you to fully unwind, however, the villa is in a fantastic location being directly in between the beaches of Cala Carbo and Cala Vadella and within a 10 minute walk from both, so a dip in the sea or a stroll around the shops are never far away.
You are also just 10 minutes from the quaint village of San Jose and 25 minutes from the bustle of Ibiza Town.
