Casale Brigida is an 18th century farmhouse and annexe nestled in the Florence countryside, lovingly renovated into an amazing Villa that can host up to 14 guests. A great deal of work has gone into creating the perfect modern country getaway within a rustic building that has retained the solid oak beam ceiling and many orginal features.
Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, you can laze by your own private swimming pool in the lawn, while taking in stunning views of the neighbouring Castello that has stood firm upon the landscape for over 900 years. Inside, the huge open plan kitchen and dining area comes complete with all amenities, whilst any budding chefs will be excited by the authentic Pizza oven, and BBQ outside.
As an added bonus, the whole house receives power from a solar panelling system, allowing you to relax in guilt free, ecologically friendly indulgence. /n Arrival time /n 4.00 - 6.00 p.m at the latest. /n Departure time /n 9.00 - 10.00 a.m. /n Energy costs included? /n Included in the rental price. /n Heating costs included? /n Extra €250 per week, payable locally (typically heating is only needed end-October to April). /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €250 payable locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Changeover day /n Flexible. /n Pets welcome? /n Small dogs may be permitted on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. /n Smoking Allowed? /n No smoking inside the villa /n Minimum stay /n 2 nights stay /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property /n Other Ts and Cs /n Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges. /n Tax /n Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€3 per adult per night- please enquire if exact amount is required). /n Pool opening dates? /n The pool is open approximately May to end-September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming. /n Security deposit /n €250 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
